1. Redundancy Support

With the redundancy support service we will write to you a very comprehensive letter setting out exactly what you need to do to expedite the redundancy and how you manage the process. We will be available at the end of a phone to talk to you before and after any key action.

2. Redundancy Management

Where the reorganisation is quite complex, or where you feel the need for additional support, we can “hand hold” you through the entire procedure, including:

  • Planning including the establishment of pools and selection criteria;
  • Informing of risk individually and / or at group meetings if necessary;
  • Consulting and holding employee representative elections if necessary;
  • Handling all paperwork and correspondence;
  • Dealing with problems and difficulties;
  • Dismissal meetings and appeals.
