Kate Novakovic

Kate has been a qualified Solicitor since 2008.
Since then, Kate has had experience of leading a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions, with a particular specialism in the healthcare sector, including the acquisition, sale and re-financing of a number of nursing home groups and the sale and purchase of dental partnership interests.
However, Kate has also acted for a variety of clients - from a newsagent to a skip company; a hairdresser to a wormery business - dealing with varied company matters such as the issue of shares, drafting shareholder agreements, sale of shareholdings in a private limited company and succession plannning. Kate also advises on commercial work such as terms and conditions of business, consultancy agreements, company formation and re-organisations.
Kate graduated from the University of Leicester and came back to her roots in South Yorkshire and completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Sheffield. Prior to qualification as a Solicitor, she worked as a Licensing Clerk dealing specifically with Personal Licence Applications during the implementation of the 24 hour licensing legislation.
In her spare time, Kate enjoys gardening, supporting Spurs and gradually learning the rules of cricket!
