Jonathan Senior

Jonathan Senior qualified as a solicitor in September 1993.

He practised as a commercial litigation lawyer at a national law firm in Sheffield before joining the Ironmonger Curtis Commercial Property team in February 2007.

Jonathan is experienced in dealing with a wide range of commercial property transactions including

Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties;
The grant and termination of commercial leases;
Property management such as lease renewals, licences to assign, licences for alterations;
Property finance and secured lending transactions;
Corporate support on business sales and acquisitions.

A large proportion of Jonathan’s clients are small to medium-sized businesses across the professional, industrial, retail and healthcare sectors. He works closely with the Commercial and Dental Teams on the property aspects of business sales and acquisitions.

Jonathan is married with two children and save for an 18 month break (which took him to India, South Carolina and Bristol!) has lived in Sheffield since 1991.
