Clare Foster
Commercial Litigation
Clare Foster is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives. As a lawyer, her professional experience is exclusively civil litigation, which means she is able to offer practical litigation advice on various types of commercial disputes. She has worked in the commercial litigation department of a national practice since 2002 and qualified as a Legal Executive in 2009.
Clare also has experience in acting for commercial clients in relation to property disputes, landlords with disputes involving commercial premises and also landlords experiencing difficulties with residential tenants.
Clare, in her limited spare time, being a busy working mum enjoys reading, walks and old movies but not all at the same time!
